Description

The Product Engineer 3 owns and supports platform product engineering for electromechanical devices distributed worldwide. The role manages supplier production releases, training, quality development, manufacturing and production-process support, problem solving, quality-standard updates, design reviews, testing, and cross-functional coordination. It requires at least five years of related experience or three years with a master’s degree, knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, RCA, 8D, and 5-Whys, prior cross-functional project and technical project leadership experience, and comfort travelling. The role may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering and Robotics
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
Cross-functional project management experience
Technical project leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to read and understand dimensional analysis of drawing standards
Ability to assure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards
At least 5 years of applicable experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
