Description
The Mechatronic Systems Supervisor leads and develops Core Systems Engineers responsible for defining, validating, and managing logical requirements for new and modified mechatronic vehicle features. The role oversees the full feature lifecycle, including stakeholder elicitation, system definition, DFMEA, requirements handoff, functional safety cross-validation, physical prototyping, test planning, and formal sign-off. It also manages team capacity, performance, recruitment, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination with program, customer experience, vehicle architecture, Mechatronics, quality, and supplier teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 10 years of systems or mechatronic engineering experience, and at least 2 years leading or mentoring engineers. It is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence four or more days per week, with a base salary range of $115,500-$218,100 and no visa sponsorship.
