Description
Lam Research is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design wafer-handling robotics and linear or rotary mechanisms for semiconductor manufacturing tools, develop motion profiles and control-system hardware, tune PID loops, improve image-processing techniques, support product lifecycles, and contribute to failure analysis and test-stand development. The role requires a mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics degree, at least two years of experience, and knowledge of industrial robotics, C/C++, Python, OpenCV, robot kinematics and dynamics, and trajectory and control methods. The role may follow an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work model.
