Trio Personalmanagement is hiring a Mechatronics Engineer for shift operations in Karlsruhe, Baden. The role involves analyzing faults in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; performing repairs, overhauls, modifications, and conversions; conducting independent maintenance and preventive maintenance; documenting work; and performing DGUV V3 inspections. The position is full-time, 35–40 hours per week, and requires mechatronics training or comparable qualification, relevant maintenance and repair experience, independent problem-solving, and good German language skills. The employer offers pay above the collective agreement, shift allowances, bonuses, and support for direct employment with the client.
