Amazon Robotics is hiring a Mechatronics Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary mechanical and mechatronics engineering teams developing actuation solutions and next-generation robotic systems. The role owns the full product lifecycle from concept and detailed design through simulation, testing, validation, production readiness, and scaled deployment, while partnering with controls, electrical, software, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. The position requires extensive mechanical design and robotics experience, including rotary actuation, electromechanical integration, CAD and FEA, and team management, with a base salary of 151,000–204,300 USD annually in North Reading, Massachusetts.
