Ford is hiring a Mechatronics Application Engineer to lead cross-domain integration of mechatronic subsystems across active vehicle programs. The role applies enterprise engineering frameworks to vehicle launches, coordinates mechanical, electrical, and software requirements, develops subsystem boundary and interface documents, manages build-issue triage, aligns Agile software and Waterfall hardware timelines, and owns subsystem integration readiness and launch commitments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of product or systems delivery experience, and is hybrid with onsite work four or more days per week.
