Description
WEPA is offering an apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician starting in August 2027. The apprentice will learn how mechanical engineering, electronics, and information technology work together, installing, programming, and maintaining complex systems at a power plant. They will analyze faults, fix errors, and ensure reliable operation of technical systems. This apprenticeship combines theory and practice, with the first year focusing on fundamental knowledge in a training workshop and vocational school, followed by direct application in paper production and processing operations.
