HEAG mobilo is hiring a Mechatronics Technician to maintain and troubleshoot tram passenger information, ticket vending machines, telematics, cameras, infotainment, and assistance systems. The role includes hardware and software diagnostics, maintenance, retrofits, commissioning, documentation, and service tasks such as replacing ticket rolls and emptying cash boxes. It requires technical vocational training, strong PC and diagnostic software skills, flexibility for indoor and outdoor work and shifts, and a Class B driver’s license with either tram-driver ownership or willingness to obtain one.
