Wilhelm Schröder GmbH is hiring a Mechatronics Technician to monitor, service, and maintain production systems; set up, convert, and optimize machines and workstations; perform preventive maintenance; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and sensor systems; repair equipment; support production availability; manage spare parts; and work on automation and modernization projects. The role involves injection molding, stamping, assembly, PLC programming, robot programming, and occasional shift, weekend, and on-call work.
