Reppert & Schäfer Personaldienstleistungen GmbH is seeking a Mechatronics Technician in Nuremberg for a rail and rail transport customer. The role involves installing and removing mechanical components, inspecting bogies, brake systems, drive systems, doors, and air-conditioning units, maintaining and servicing passenger train assemblies, modernizing vehicles, and performing general mechanical work. Candidates need tool-and-mold mechanic training or a comparable qualification, willingness to work in two- or three-shift service, and reliable, precise, independent, and flexible working habits. The position offers an above-tariff hourly wage of €19.00–€22.00, a permanent employment contract, shift allowances, vacation pay, a Christmas bonus, and the option to be taken on by the client after nine months.
