KNDS is hiring a Mechatronics Technician / Electrical Engineering Technician (m/f/d) at its Kassel site to develop electrical systems and complex vehicle systems for military applications. The role includes wiring military vehicles and subsystems, designing electrotechnical assemblies for energy management, energy and signal distribution, and energy storage, preparing production documentation, supporting integration and commissioning, and supporting designs through readiness for series production. Candidates need technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, experience with cable harness design or vehicle electrical design, and knowledge of E-CAD systems, preferably Engineering Base. The position offers a 35-hour work week, permanent employment, collective-agreement salary, vacation and Christmas bonuses, shift allowances, pension benefits, protective clothing, medical check-ups, and continuing education support.
