The role maintains, inspects, documents, repairs, and troubleshoots building systems, lifts, doors, gates, scissor lifts, ramps, and fire protection systems; coordinates external service providers; and supports site projects. Applicants need a completed apprenticeship in mechatronics or electrical technology, experience with technical building equipment, maintenance, repairs, and legally required inspections, and knowledge of MS Office.
