The Mechatronics Technician / Machine Operator operates, monitors, and maintains production machines and systems, resolves malfunctions, performs inspections and minor repairs, ensures process standards, and contributes to process optimization. The role requires vocational training in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable technical trade, initial hands-on machine experience, shift flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and teamwork; automation or control technology knowledge is advantageous. The position offers an hourly wage starting at €16.00, training opportunities, a modern secure environment, and the possibility of a permanent employment contract after client takeover.
