MicroQuartz GmbH is hiring a Mechatronics Technician / Precision Mechanic / Machine Operator to start up, monitor, and operate capillary drawing systems in a two-shift production environment, perform pre- and post-production tasks, conduct maintenance, and manufacture quartz glass components. The role requires completed training in the relevant trade or a comparable qualification, strong fine-motor skills, good German, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work the 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift schedule.
