This entry-level, fully paid on-the-job training role involves reading wiring and assembly drawings, performing precision measurement and alignment, troubleshooting, assembling and testing mechanical and electrical components, wiring and testing precision motion systems, and operating additive manufacturing equipment. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, mechanical or electrical aptitude, hand-tool experience, the ability to interpret drawings and schematics, computer literacy, and troubleshooting skills.
