Description
The Medication Aide provides direct care to long-term care and assisted-living residents, including personal care, feeding, transfers, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, and reporting changes to a licensed nurse. The role requires Nebraska Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide course completion, competency testing, English or facility-language communication, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work at assigned Northfield Retirement Communities facilities. Shifts include evenings, days, and nights, with flexible scheduling available.
