Description
The Retreat at Canton is hiring Med Techs/Certified Medication Aides for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. The role supports resident health and wellness by assisting with medication administration, monitoring residents, completing wellness visits and personalized service plans, documenting care changes, obtaining weights and vital signs, and communicating with support services and families. Candidates must be certified Medication Aides or meet applicable state requirements, have leadership capabilities, and be available for weekends, evenings, and flexible peak-service hours; one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals and knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing are preferred.
