Description
The Limited Lay Administration of Medication (LLAM) Personnel, also called Med Tech, provides medication administration and resident care under the supervision of an RN/LPN and the Wellness Director. The role maintains medical records, completes required medication and CPR/First Aid training, follows federal, state, and community regulations, and may work weekends. It requires active CNA and/or HHA certification, completion of the Board of Nursing's LLAM core curriculum, current CPR/First Aid certification, and at least six months of experience working with seniors in an assisted living, home health, hospital, or long-term care setting. The position pays $22-$23 per hour and offers full-time, part-time, and per diem availability, with medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees.
