Description
Kitsap County is hiring a Medicaid Case Management Specialist to support functionally impaired adults by conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating services, providing referrals and resource information, maintaining client documentation, and offering crisis intervention and caregiver support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus two years of paid social-service experience, or a general bachelor’s degree plus four years of paid social-service experience, along with knowledge of program regulations, assessment tools, care-planning software, local services, and crisis intervention. The position is open to the general public, typically Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and requires a valid Washington State driver’s license.
