Description
Lunit is hiring a Japan-based Medical AI Implementation Engineer to support the implementation and operation of its Lunit INSIGHT AI solution for customers and partners. The role involves PACS, workstation, and imaging-system integration; customer IT collaboration and troubleshooting; technical consulting; support and incident resolution; training and documentation; customer feedback; pre- and post-sales technical support; and customer-facing project coordination. It requires at least three years of relevant experience, business-level English, basic medical or IT knowledge, interest in AI, and a Japanese proficiency sufficient for business work in Japan. The position is a full-time regular employee role based in Tokyo, with a three-month probation period and possible extension, and includes APAC travel.
