CloseKnit is hiring a full-time Certified Medical Assistant for an in-person clinical environment in Annapolis Harbour, Maryland. The role supports clinicians with patient intake, clinical exams, injections, venipuncture, point-of-care testing, EKGs, specimen preparation, and basic laboratory procedures, while also handling registration, insurance verification, EHR updates, scheduling, prior authorizations, inventory, and regulatory compliance. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM and every other Saturday from 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM, with possible weekend, evening, holiday, and multi-location coverage. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, accredited medical assistant training, current CCMA/CMA/RMA certification, current BLS or CPR certification, at least two years of medical assistant experience, and EMR experience.
