Frontier is hiring a Medical Assistant to support a primary care provider and their assigned patient panel in a clinic setting. The role includes educating members, coordinating with providers and outside service providers, performing vitals, lab testing, EKGs, phlebotomy, IV procedures, injections, and assisting with in-office procedures. The Medical Assistant will also welcome patients, conduct follow-ups, communicate with patients by phone, text, and email, manage supplies and equipment, maintain clinic cleanliness, and represent the facility at community events. The position requires at least two years of Medical Assistant experience, clinic and pediatric care experience, proficiency with EHR/EMR systems, BLS certification or the ability to obtain it, and bilingual Spanish/English ability.
