Description
The Medical Assistant will support the Health Services division of the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department by performing office and clinical duties, including administrative tasks, laboratory specimen collection, vital signs, hearing and eye exams, immunization administration, medical record and chart review, medication inventory, and data reporting. The role works with nursing staff and youth in detention and post-adjudicated settings, requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of Certified Medical Assistant experience, current Medical Assistant certification, CPR certification, and a valid Texas driver's license. It is a regular full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and an annual salary of $54,412.80 to $57,990.40.
