Description
Paris Regional Medical Center is hiring a Medical Assistant to perform routine clinical and administrative duties under physician or nurse supervision. The role includes patient assessments and treatments, basic diagnostic procedures, specimen collection, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, maintaining equipment and supplies, preparing examination areas, and clerical tasks such as reception, scheduling, data entry, filing, and patient registration. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification within 60 days of hire, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. The schedule is five eight-hour day shifts with rotating weekends.
