Description
Premise Health is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to provide clinical and front-office care to client employees and their dependents at its Northbrook, Illinois Health Center. The role includes patient interviews, vital signs, health-record maintenance, treatment-room preparation, instrument sterilization, medication administration, injections, laboratory testing, EKGs, appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and medical-supply ordering. The schedule is 40 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a daily lunch closure from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Strong phlebotomy skills are required; PCOT and Epic EMR experience are preferred. Compensation is $20.45 to $25.56 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
