Description
The Medical Assistant provides clinical and clerical support to providers and patient-care teams, including back-office and patient-related tasks, workflow support, patient education, and coordination of the medical plan of care. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a California Medical Board–consistent medical assisting course or equivalent on-the-job training, BLS certification, and one year of recent relevant experience. It is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $33.66 to $47.12 per hour and benefits.
