Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is hiring a Medical Assistant for its San Diego Health Center to support reproductive health care under clinician or physician supervision. The role combines clinical duties such as testing, screening, education, lab work, vital signs, and equipment preparation with front-office functions including client intake, appointments, insurance verification, billing, and patient flow. Candidates need a high school diploma equivalent and one of several specified medical assistant, CNA, clinical back-office, health educator, or family planning experience qualifications, or a bachelor’s degree. Compensation is $23.00 to $23.75 per hour, with flex positions receiving an additional differential and mileage reimbursement.
