Description
AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring a Medical Assistant III to provide compassionate patient support, routine direct-care procedures, and clinical technical and clerical services. The role also serves as an Electronic Health Record super-user, supports back-office process improvement, mentors and trains Medical Assistants, and may handle telephone duties or diagnostic-test-result management depending on assignment. Candidates must have a Medical Assistant certificate, high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of back-office Medical Assistant experience, and valid Basic Life Support certification; phlebotomy, national certification, and multilingual ability are preferred. Compensation is $27.25–$32.02 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance plus retirement and other benefits.
