KÖ-HAIR is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant (MFA) to support its hair-transplant clinic in Düsseldorf. The role coordinates and cares for patients, serves as a contact person for questions and organizational matters, schedules appointments, handles administrative and office tasks, prepares for and follows up on treatment appointments, and relieves medical professionals of day-to-day organizational work. Candidates need completed Medical Assistant training or comparable medical training, strong organizational and communication skills, a friendly service-oriented approach, and proficiency with standard MS Office applications.
