Description
City of Hope is hiring a Medical Assistant for its Paces Ferry outpatient location, with training in the Newnan location. This PRN position works 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and requires a registered or certified Medical Assistant and current BLS certification. Duties include obtaining and documenting vital signs and patient data, performing peripheral lab draws and administering vaccines, reporting patient changes, maintaining medical records, answering phones, entering provider orders, coordinating prescription refills, and providing patient education.
