Tia is hiring an onsite Medical Assistant to support clinical care and patient flow at its Pasadena clinic. The role includes rooming patients, collecting health information and vitals, documenting in the medical record, supporting providers, coordinating patient flow, assisting with labs and imaging, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, and preparing and restocking exam rooms. Candidates need Medical Assistant certification or training, 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience, phlebotomy experience, EMR familiarity, HIPAA knowledge, and authorization to work in the United States. The schedule includes Monday–Friday opening or closing shifts, rotating Saturdays, and an expected compensation range of $21–$23 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits potentially available.
