Reno Orthopedic Center is hiring a full-time Pre-Admit Technician to support the pre-admission process for patients scheduled for surgery. The role includes screening and testing, vital signs, EKGs, blood draws, medical clearances, electronic medical record documentation, pre-surgical assessments, medication reconciliation, administrative data entry, and HIPAA-compliant customer service. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, CMA/RMA or ABROE certification or two years of back-office clinical experience, Office Laboratory Assistant certification, and six months of EKG and blood-draw experience.
