OnPoint Medical Group is hiring a Medical Assistant Supervisor for its South Denver OBGYN practice in Castle Rock. The role supervises and coordinates medical assistants, provides clinical guidance and performance evaluations, resolves operational and clinical issues, manages supplies and equipment, collaborates with physicians and administrative staff, and may assist in other departments. The position requires a CMA or RMA credential or similar clinical education, at least three years of medical assistant experience including one year in a supervisory or lead role, and strong clinical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
