Description
OSIS is hiring a 100% remote Medical Biller for its Revenue Cycle team. The role performs payment posting for FQHC and CHC organizations, posts patient and insurance payments, reconciles deposits and remittances, processes recurring billing workflows, researches payer and coding requirements, assists with accounts receivable follow-up and billing inquiries, uses payer portals and clearinghouses, and supports member organizations and internal departments. Candidates need at least two years of medical billing and NextGen experience, knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding, clearinghouse and healthcare portal experience, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and a customer service orientation. NextGen Certified (NCP) certification is required or must be obtained within six months. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with minimal travel, and compensation is $17.00–$26.00 per hour.
