Premier Cardiovascular Institute is hiring a Medical Center Representative in Troy for a full-time, day-shift schedule of 80 hours per pay. The role supports the medical center business office through clerical and reception duties, patient registration, daily scheduling, incoming calls, billing and collection, referrals, and customer service. The representative will process the arrival and exit of 20 or more patients per day and handle sensitive medical, financial, and personal information under the supervision of the Manager. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with medical terminology, HIPAA, computer, and keyboarding skills; ambulatory health-care experience, electronic medical records, and Epic experience are sought or preferred.
