Description
The Medical Coder will review medical claims and supporting documentation to determine payment outcomes, analyze CPT codes, EOBs, and reimbursement data, validate claim accuracy, resolve emergency and ambulance claims, document payment rationales, and maintain quality standards in a high-volume claims environment. The role requires an active CPC or CPC-A certification, offers $25.00 per hour, and is a fully remote contract position based out of Dallas, Texas, with an anticipated application deadline of October 9, 2026.
