Medical Coder III at 3500square

Experienced Medical Coder III specializing in Outpatient and Emergency Department (ED) coding to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The selected candidates will accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and modifiers for outpatient encounters, same-day surgeries, and emergency room visits. Additional inpatient coding assignments may be required as directed. Remote position open to candidates residing in Puerto Rico or the continental United States. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation under the Department of Defense.
