3500 Square LLC is hiring a Medical Coder III to work remotely for the Defense Health Agency, supporting outpatient and emergency department coding for military treatment facilities. The role assigns CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and modifiers; reviews documentation; resolves coding discrepancies; collaborates with providers and auditors; and maintains coding productivity and accuracy standards. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, fluent in English, able to obtain a Department of Defense background investigation, and hold the specified education, certifications, and coding experience. The position is open to candidates residing in Puerto Rico or the continental United States.
