Medical Coder – Outpatient Coding at Guidehouse

Guidehouse India is hiring a medical coder to accurately interpret medical records and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, meet turnaround and productivity targets, maintain at least 95% accuracy, follow client and information security guidelines, and participate in quality and team meetings. The role requires a life science or paramedical graduate/postgraduate with 2–3 years of experience, medical record interpretation skills, and knowledge of emergency room, radiology, and family medicine evaluation and management coding. Preferred experience includes MS Office/Excel, coding encoders such as 3M, TruCode, or Optum, and electronic health record systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
