Description
Alteva RCM is hiring a Medical Coding Manager to provide operational leadership for coding activities across assigned specialties and service lines. The role leads and develops coding staff, oversees workflows and compliance audits, monitors quality and productivity KPIs, supports clean claim submission and denial reduction, and partners with clinical, billing, revenue cycle, and payer teams. Candidates need at least five years of professional medical coding experience, with three to four years of people leadership experience preferred, along with knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, coding compliance, EHR systems, and encoder tools. The pay range is $85,000 to $110,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
