Description
Eisai is hiring a Medical Coding Manager to provide medical coding expertise to clinical teams in pharmaceutical research and development. The role codes and recodes adverse events, concomitant medications, and other data using MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries; reviews coded data for accuracy and consistency; supports study design, database builds, and analyses; develops coding guidelines and AESI listings; resolves coding queries; and provides training. The position requires at least four years of MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionary coding experience, a life-science or allied-health education or equivalent licensure, knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The annual base salary range is $99,900 to $131,100, with eligibility for the company’s annual incentive plan and employee benefit programs.
