Description
The Medical Coding Specialist will perform primary and case-related coding for inpatient and outpatient patients using ID Diacos and Momo, document diagnoses and procedures according to treatment records and coding rules, discuss coding and medical matters with physicians and other professionals, and support cost-unit and payer inquiries. The role requires training as a Medical Documentation Assistant or Registered Nurse, knowledge of DRG, DKR, ICD, and OPS, and experience in hospital operations, audit, or pre-billing management is desirable. It is a full-time fixed-term position starting on the earliest possible date, with an extension planned.
