VMG Health is hiring an experienced Medical Compliance Auditor for its Coding Audit and Compliance team. The role audits medical records, evaluates coding and documentation accuracy, applies CMS, AMA, OIG, NCCI, payer, and other regulatory guidance, develops corrective-action recommendations, prepares audit reports, presents findings to clients and internal stakeholders, and provides provider and staff education. The position requires a high school diploma, at least three years of relevant healthcare auditing or compliance experience, and the Certified Professional Medical Auditor and Certified Professional Coder certifications; a bachelor's degree and additional healthcare compliance certifications are preferred.
