Description

The Medical Component Finishing (MCF) Operator prepares medical components for final inspection and packaging by performing scouring, heating, laser cutting, measuring, cutting, sewing, skeining, coiling, kitting, and heat pressing. The role also inspects and tests braids, yarns, and fabrics; records and enters inspection and physical test results; collects data for process improvement; and uses optical comparators, microscopes, SEM, ERP systems, and other equipment. The position requires a high school education or equivalent, 0–1 year of related experience, basic manufacturing and regulated-industry knowledge, teamwork, communication, organizational, and computer skills, with ERP familiarity preferred.
