Description
The Medical Controller supports hospital cost carriers and the Medical Service by communicating with them, handling expert opinions and objections, supporting German DRG coding, obtaining medical statements, maintaining data, improving coding and documentation quality, and supporting external quality assurance. The role requires vocational training in medical or healthcare nursing, professional experience in medical controlling and case-by-case reviews, knowledge of DRG systems and hospital billing, and familiarity with MS Office, iMedOne, and SAP MDK.
