Hogan Lovells is hiring a junior to mid-level associate for its Medical Devices group in Washington, D.C. The role advises clients on FDA premarket and post-market regulatory matters, including regulatory pathways, 510(k), IDE, De Novo, and PMA submissions, agency responses, quality system regulation, recalls, adverse-event reporting, and enforcement. Candidates must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to or eligible to waive into the District of Columbia Bar, and demonstrate strong writing, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The expected base salary is $235,000 to $310,000 per year, with potential bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
