Description

Rep-Lite is seeking a high-growth Medical Device Sales Representative to drive expansion in Orange County, California, covering the San Fernando Valley, South Bay, and Gateway Cities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced surgical sales professional responsible for developing new business, building surgeon relationships, and managing their territory autonomously. Responsibilities include selling capital equipment and disposable surgical technologies, conducting product demonstrations, supporting trials, and executing growth strategies. Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, and various stipends.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of medical device sales experience within surgical or operating room environments.
Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
Experience calling directly on surgeons.
Experience selling capital equipment, disposable medical devices, or both.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong business development and prospecting skills.
Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience launching new products or growing underdeveloped territories is highly valued.
