Tia is hiring a Medical Director, Clinical Quality to lead its clinical quality program while maintaining an active clinical practice. The role is split approximately equally between direct patient care and clinical quality leadership, with the quality portion supporting teams across Tia’s markets. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Director will use clinical data to identify quality gaps, develop improvement plans and workflows, maintain clinical policies and standards, lead provider education, and partner with clinical operations, analytics, learning and development, and advisory groups. The position requires an MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, an active unrestricted medical license, and at least five years of post-residency clinical experience, including primary care or women’s health experience. The role is based at a Tia clinic in the New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles markets and requires regular in-person work.
