Description
The Medical Director will lead the medical content catalog and seven-person medical team for a major German CME learning platform. Responsibilities include selecting evidence-based, clinically relevant topics; maintaining relationships with chief physicians and key opinion leaders; developing video, panel, and e-learning formats; managing projects; ensuring CME compliance and quality; and improving workflows and cross-departmental processes. The role requires a completed medical degree, ideally 5+ years of experience, leadership ability, strong communication, German fluency, and fluent English.
