Description
The employer is seeking a founding Physician (MD) to lead and deliver pain management services for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role combines direct patient care, multimodal treatment planning, interventional procedures, medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and education with participation in clinical protocol development, quality metrics, facility onboarding, and practice growth. The position is primarily based on facility visits in the San Marcos, Texas service area, with flexible or part-time arrangements possible and potential for expanded leadership, equity, or partnership opportunities.
